We are looking for an experienced Programme Manager to organize and coordinate the Barnet Wellbeing Hub programs. You will provide strategic guidance to the teams in ways that promote the Hub's culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader with experience of supporting teams with different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to work with the Barnet Wellbeing Management Board to develop effective strategies and tactics. We want to ensure that all the programmes will achieve the desirable outcomes for the Barnet Wellbeing Hub.

Barnet Wellbeing Hub is a new collaboration of Barnet-based charities working with the local mental health trust and supported by Barnet Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). Following the successful pilot and 'proof of concept' of the Hub, Barnet CCG has committed an additional 12 months of funding until 31 March 2018. During this time we want to achieve the following:

Establish a single access route for residents to access wellbeing services from the Hub
Develop a formal collaborative partnership with an acute provider
Shape the local community provider market to be able to offer a portfolio of services relating to talking therapies, clinical and non-clinical IAPT provision and wellbeing services.

We recognise that we require additional expert support to take a solutions focused approach in brokering relationships, identifying delivery gaps and supporting the aspirations of potential community providers to help CommUNITY Barnet and the Hub achieve these ambitions. Our thinking is that we would like to appoint a fulltime Programme Manager based at CommUNITY Barnet's offices but whose role it would be to formally develop the wellbeing offer from community providers who are part of the wider collaborative. In addition, the Programme Manager would be responsible for working with local stakeholders to enable them to understand their interaction and relationship with the Wellbeing Hub. Finally, we would like to recruit someone who could proactively nurture relationships with community providers week to focus

CB is a national charity based in Barnet and delivering programmes across London. We have an aspiration to grow bigger by leading innovative partnerships, harnessing the creativity of residents and supporting community organisations.
