The role is that of a Receptionist / Administrator. The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for customers, dealing with queries on the phone, taking bookings for services and repairs and dealing with queries they may have. They will also have to liaise with suppliers, ordering parts and organising returns where necessary.
They will be required to issue invoices and take payments from customers.
They will be responsible for dealing with e-mails received, and general administration.
They will maintain the company's social media sites, dealing with any queries that arise.
