The main duties are as follows:

Provide administrative support to the Services Directorate including:

Providing services in line with IA guidelines including confidentiality and data protection.

Co-ordinate the programme of mobility equipment ensuring services and repairs are carried out in a cost-effective and timely manner

Complete a variety of data entry tasks;

Carry out adhoc projects to support services e.g. collecting and updating all emergency contact details on ThankQ

Responsibility for the Services Admin and Tier 1 email boxes, ensuring emails are actioned ordisseminated to the right place within 2 hours

Collation of T1 call stats each day to ensure accurate reporting

Work flexibly as part of a team of Administrators across the Services Directorate providing support as required, taking actions to find solutions to problems where possible.

Provide a first point of contact for enquiries to the Directorate as part of a team of Administrators. Respond to enquiries referring to appropriate staff if required and ensuring their successful resolution.Liaise with staff, volunteers and service users as required.

Process invoices, issue contracts, record expenditure and support budget tracking, liaising with Finance to solve issues as required. Process expenses, cheques and payments.
