Operations & HR Manager required by small but growing City based IT Security solutions provider. Their in-house tech team builds, implements & manages next generation IT security tools that help their clients eliminate cyber security threats.
They are looking for an Operations Manager to transform their processes and re-evaluate their HR practices. In addition, they are looking for someone to execute their vision of being the best employer in their industry. The role will manage the day-to-day operations of the business from recruitment to accounting and define the onboarding and culture as part of their rapid growth.
Please note in addition to Operations & HR/Recruitment skills we are also looking for Accounts/Accounting skills so this is very much a hybrid role. Could be a really interesting job for someone who thrives in a standalone role from perhaps a start-up/tech background environment.
In return, you will receive a base salary from £40,000 to £50,000 pa (dep on experience), 20 days holidays + pension.
Ps Due to the start-up nature of this role there are no additional benefits such as Health Cover/Life Assurance at this stage.
