In particular, CACI's Network Services business provides consultancy, network management and OSS, data centre solutions and managed services to leading companies in the financial services, telecommunications, media, government and utilities sectors.

CACI is currently seeking talented individuals with Sales Support experience in a technology consultancy, service provider or resourcing company. As the Sales Support Executive for CACI's UK Network Services team, you will be responsible for supporting demand campaigns, CRM operations and client service delivery across all client verticals. This role will be located in London; qualified candidates should have experience working in the local and national territory and of supporting senior managers in Sales Support functions.

The successful candidate is expected become a major contributor to a team whose primary responsibility is revenue growth.

  • Identifying potential clients and establishing contact with them proactively through a variety of channels, including exhibitions, social networking and enterprise technology forums

  • Supports the Sales Team in the execution of joint marketing campaigns and events.

  • Ability to understand and communicate company's role in the privileged account IT Networking Space

  • Assisting sales order processing to ensure consistent quality standards are present within client transaction records.
  • Able to communicate customised solutions to complex technical issues in relation to the achievement of sales goals, with highly effective verbal and written presentation skills

  • Ability to manage and track opportunities and pipeline in Salesforce

  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with members of each Practice

Job Qualifications

  • Experience of supporting Sales campaigns nationally, targeting major enterprises in the financial services, utilities, media, telecommunications or government sectors.

  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding KPI targets.

  • Able to represent CACI's propositions confidently and establish credibility as a subject matter expert in technology professional services.

  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced, self-directed and empowered environment.

  • Knowledge with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)

  • Creative problem-solving and strong interpersonal skills

  • Ability to embrace the team culture approach
