We are recruiting on behalf of an established International import/trade company based in Worthing for a office administrator.
The successful candidate will need to be reliable, with a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic approach to the daily responsibilities.
Ideally you will have a background in administration, to include accounts. You must be happy to work in a small office environment, be IT literate (Microsoft Office), have good communication skills both written and verbal and be happy to work on your own initiative.

- General office administration and answering the phone.
- Ensuring enquiries are dealt with in a professional and efficient manner.
- Taking weekly management meeting minutes
Skills and Experience:
- Some previous office experience is essential.
- Ability to use MS Office, ideally with use of SAGE.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Working hours: 9am to 530pm / Monday to Friday.

Starting salary: GBP17,000 pa
