We're looking for a Sales & Operations Associate to join our team. This is a part-time position with a possibility to turn into full-time depending on performance of the candidate. Job Responsibilities: - Oversee day-to-day operations of business - Oversee the fulfilment of orders and sales - Identify potential customers and meet face-to-face to introduce them to Ozerlat brand - Create new business - Personally cultivate and maintain great customer relations - Revisit and build relationships with existing stockists ensuring customer satisfaction - Organize and execute successful marketing through in-store tastings and exhibitions - Handle finance administration including Accounts Payable & Receivable - Contribute to the growth of Ozerlat brand through social media Desired Work Experience: - Previous experience in customer services (interaction face-to-face and over the phone) - Experience with meeting clients and closing sales Skills: - Basic ability on Microsoft Office - Excellent communication skills, oral and written - Exceptional organizational and time management skills to maximize your days - Love meeting new people - Is hungry for opportunities - Is persistent and not afraid to hustle - Is a team player with a great sense of fun - Is self-motivated and entrepreneurial What you get in return: - A competitive salary package for the suitable candidate - Excellent experience in a growing business with potential to progress quickly - Training and support for future career progression If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
