We are now seeking an exceptional Marketing Administrator with an interest in healthcare to support the team in London. You will work closely with the Executive team to provide flexible, proactive and responsive support to the centre.

Located in one of London's most iconic postcodes, The Harley Street Medical Centre (HSMC) offers exceptional outpatient, diagnostic, and treatment services in the areas of Cardiology, Ear Nose and Throat (ENT), Orthopaedics, Sports Medicine, and Podiatry. Our world renowned multi-disciplinary consultant and clinical teams combined with our state-of-the-art medical technology enable us to deliver the best possible care to our patients.

As a Marketing Administrator, you will contribute to the effective and efficient running of the day to day business and be involved in a variety of tasks such as updating marketing materials, mailing campaigns, patient 'live chats', internal communications, and organizing events, amongst other duties.

You will work closely with the Executive Team to implement and support the commercial strategy and our customer service approach. You will act as an ambassador for the centre and, where required, liaise with partner agencies over the effective delivery of key marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

To provide marketing support to meet commercial strategy objectives
To create and assist with the collation, formatting, and distribution of internal and external communications (e.g. newsletters, campaigns, and 'live chats')
Assist with developing marketing plans via competitor analysis and market research and identify opportunities for improvement
To create and drive online social media campaigns in line with business needs
To provide marketing support to the in-house clinical team to help them grow their practice with HSMC
To work with the Executive Team to develop HSMC's proposition and ensure this is articulated to a high standard across all mediums
Any other tasks as required and requested by the Executive team

Essential Requirements:

Minimum 6 months experience of working within a marketing team
Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Digital marketing related qualification (WordPress knowledge preferred)
Exceptional written and oral communication skills
Highly organised with an ability to pick up projects and work independently
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
A 'can do' attitude and a team player with a proactive approach to finding solutions
Willingness to learn and self-develop

Desirable Requirements:

Degree in Marketing or related subjects
Experience or an understanding of the UK healthcare sector
