A top-brand company in the Crawley area are looking for an experienced Customer Services Administrator looking to progress their career within a customer centric environment.
Your role function is to provide a proactive quality customer service for all UK sales accounts by the effective handling of all enquiries from our client's customers, fast and accurate processing of orders, outbound communications and administration functions for company sales activities.
You will specifically be required to answer a high number of incoming calls and perform sales support duties by providing general information to customers and resolution of queries in relation to orders.
You must have an outgoing enthusiastic personality, be a good team player as well as the ability to work under own initiative and work efficiently as part of a team. They expect you to have good interpersonal skills and be able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines whilst remaining flexible, friendly and courteous at all times.
Excellent attention to detail with accurate data entry skills and strong organisational abilities is essential along with intermediate to advanced IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel). You should also be highly organised in time and task management, good record of pace and delivery and the ability to remain neutral and positive under customer pressure
Previous experience of taking 70+ calls a day and order entry experience within a Customer Services environment is essential was well as excellent written and communication skills with a minimum GCSE level (or equivalent) in spoken and written English.
