Verne Global is at the forefront of data center design and technology, providing innovative data center solutions to the world's most advanced industries. We are looking for a Marketing Manager to play a key role in our growth as we expand our market presence in the UK, USA and Europe, and specifically across Germany. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Marketing you will be responsible for assisting with the delivery of our integrated marketing campaigns, with a real focus on lead generation, customer engagement and brand building. You will form part of a small but talented, hard-working team in our London HQ in Covent Garden. This is a hands-on role where you will be pro-active and take responsibility for delivering results, working closely with both external agencies and suppliers, and supporting internal sales and technical operations teams. You will ideally have experience in the B2B tech sector, and a top-line understanding of the data center industry and the solutions data centers provide to businesses.

  • Implementing and coordinating our marketing lead-generation programmes
  • Running our lead-nurturing programme within SalesForce and Pardot
  • Helping our technical, operations and customer service teams to best present our products and solutions to the market
  • Multi-channel campaign management to specific target industries and verticals
  • Managing the design and production of marketing collateral including brochures, white papers, case studies and videos
  • Managing our website content and marketing including SEO and PPC activity, and monitoring traffic and engagement metrics
  • Working with our social media agency to coordinate our social media output across various platforms and regions
  • Event management, including identifying the best industry events and coordinating our presence at them
  • Liaising with external PR and brand agencies.
This is a very broad role so the ability to 'roll up your sleeves' and manage multiple, varied projects is essential.

Experience Required
  • Degree educated
  • At least five year's experience within B2B marketing
  • Tech sector experience with a top-level understanding of data centers and the data center industry
  • Evidence of good, solid project management
  • Knowledge of CRM/sales nurturing as a lead-generation mechanism (specific knowledge of SalesForce and Pardot would be advantageous. If not, training will be provided)
  • Digital marketing experience, with a good knowledge of social media application, tactics and benefits
  • Experience of managing or coordinating external agencies
  • Event management experience.
