A leading FM provider are looking for a Hard Services Supervisor based at their client site in Windlesham, leading the delivery of hard service provisions across this busy corporate site. Duties and Accountabilities: · Support the management of a fully integrated facilities management (IFM) contract across the client site, encompassing hard services including M&E · Provide thought leadership on all FM service delivery and act as a subject matter expert for service delivery for a total FM offer · Driving service excellence through delivery and innovation whilst maintaining compliance within health, safety and sustainability activities · Responsible for the quality and consistency of delivery across full service lines · Encourage and explore all opportunities for innovation and efficiencies with area · Manage service failures with relevant service leads in line with operational processes or shared services requirements. · Plan and check that all best practice initiatives are implemented. · Hold full responsibility for contracted budget · Ensure contract is being delivered in a cost effective way for the client and company Knowledge, Skills and Experience required: · Significant exposure to hard service FM operations · Understanding of Maximo process · Formal Electrical or Mechanical qualification · 17th Edition Electrical Regulations Certificate (desirable) · IOSH Working / Managing Safely (desirable) · Relationship builder and experience in working in a matrixed delivery environment · IT literate and financially astute · Broad knowledge of multiple service lines and their benefit to an organisation along with legislative requirements · Strong communication, and negotiation skills · Excellent client relationship management · Experience working in a standards / compliance driven environment Benefits: · Competitive base salary (to around 45k DOE) · Excellent corporate benefit structure This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful business with huge potential for ongoing advancement.
