| Sales Manager | Tunbridge Wells | £35,000 OTE | Company Car | My Client is the largest independent Estate Agency based in the South East of England. I am currently recruiting for a Sales Manager for their office in Tunbridge Wells. As a Sales Manager you will be hardworking, dedicated, and above all passionate about the property industry. Sales Managers lead the way for all office sales staff and you will deliver an exceptional service to all customers when buying and selling property whilst remaining motivated to meet and exceed targets. Ensure that all customer queries are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner. Managing and developing a team to fill their potential and enable them to meet and exceed the targets set. If you are a confident, enthusiastic and successful Sales Manager my client wants to hear from you They are looking to add a value to their already successful team. Key Responsibilities: Assist the branch manager in the day to day running of the estate agency business, maximising income and profit from a range of products and services Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation Successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company guidelines achieving the best fees possible Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors To increase revenue and profitability through the achievement of business and personal targets Follow up business leads You will need: A proven success in property valuations, sales and management Willing to build on your skills and develop your career Provide exceptional customer service Hard-working with the desire and determination to achieve your goals Professional, organised and have a great work ethic Confident, resilient and enjoy healthy and fun competition with your colleagues High standard of training offered and opportunities to develop and grow with the company are readily available for the right candidates.
