Our Client are a very high volume/high pressure business that pumps out about 1000 covers a day. They do american style food (burgers, hotdogs, wings) It's mostly frozen/prepped food because of the high volumes at site. They all work as a team and are looking for chefs that want to have fun at work, but know their stuff with H&S and correct kitchen processes. We are currently recruiting for every role in the kitchen, Below are the rates: RANK 5 - HEAD CHEF (CURRENT KM) £29,126.58 £14.00 RANK 6 - SOUS CHEF (CURRENT AKM) £22,587.36 £10.86 Upper Rank 7 - Chef De Partie (CDP) / Section Lead/ Team Leader £19,050.04 £9.16 MID RANK 7 - JUNIOR CDP £17,402.67 £8.37 Lower Rank 7 - Line Chef £15,993.77 £7.57 RANK 8 - JUNIOR LINE CHEF £14,377.14 £6.91 or NMW depending on age of job applicant (21 years ) RANK 9 - COMMIS CHEF £14,184.59 £6.82 or NMW depending on age of job applicant (21 years) They are in an industry that works heavily in the evenings and over weekends. General shifts are 8-10 hours and will either be a day shift (7-3) or an evening focus shift (3-11) - That's a general shift pattern. We're looking for more full timers around 40 hours but are flexible on what we can offer our candidates. This job was originally posted as
