Compliance Officer - Life Insurance Client is a well established Life & Pensions provider for a Compliance Officer. This role will report directly into Senior Management and work closely in a small team of advisory and monitoring professionals. The purpose of this role is to support senior stakeholders in the delivery of the Compliance framework. This will cover Compliance Monitoring, Compliance Assurance and Compliance Advice and Guidance. Other responsibilities will include: - Deliver high quality risk based assurance reviews, that will proactively identify and address root causes in line with Conduct Risk issues affecting the business - Engage with internal teams in supporting them with expert advice and guidance on key regulatory issues that are affecting the business. - Ensure Conduct Risks are managed appropriately in concise and timely fashion. To be considered for this opportunity you must have direct exposure to a regulatory environment. Life & Pensions experience is not a prerequisite but would be preferred.
