Main Responsibilities & Duties: To plan, create, manage, analyse and recommend engaging content for multichannel communications. You will be part of a cross-functional team with experienced marketers and dedicated professionals to improve health outcomes across UK and Europe. Identify opportunities to experiment with new technology and approaches throughout your target markets, responding to business challenges based on customer needs and rapidly share best practise and scale capabilities. Take accountability for the wider Business Unit and the top customer segments to improve their understanding of and interaction with content and appropriate digital channels. Input into the development and implementation of the Multi-Channel Communication Operating Plan, executing a clear strategy for improving customer reach and experience through digital channels based on segmentation and insight generation. Essential Technical / Business Experience: Extensive experience in content strategy/content marketing; ideally with experience of Pharmaceutical / FMCG environments. Digital / web based project management experience. Experience of marketing within international markets would be preferred, ideally for European markets.
