Outline of role An exciting opportunity to join Superdrug Head Office as a Reward and Benefits Analyst within our Customer and People team in Rewards and Benefits. This is a part time role, 22.5 hours per week and we can be flexible on days. Please also note that Quarter 1 will be your busiest time of the year, so extra hours may be available. This is a key role within the Reward and Benefits team, where the successful candidate will be working with both data and stakeholders to deliver top quality analytics and insight to facilitate the attraction, retention, recognition and motivation of Superdrug Stores PLC and Savers Health & Beauty employees. You will be working for the Senior Reward and Benefits Manager and your role is to provide support on continuous improvement of the bonus and pay review activities within the businesses including compliance to legislation requirements, management information, market data analysis and benchmarking survey data inputting, you will also be responsible for maintaining all aspects of reward plans and processes within our E-Reward platform. Key Responsibilities Provide support, insight and analysis on reward activities including; Pay Review Bonus Salary Benchmarking Incentive Plans Managing all Retail benchmarking activity including surveys and competitor insights Monthly Pension Reconciliations on internal moves and contributions Responsible for maintaining all aspects of reward plans and processes within our E-Reward platform Ensure the HR systems and analytics are developed to meet the needs of pay and remuneration requirements. Attendance at relevant pay review and bonus meetings Ensure analysis and reporting is robust and presented with insight Develop strong relationships with other Customer & People teams and seek to identify and implement process improvements opportunities within the customer and people function Adhoc requests to include redundancy calculations, gender pay analysis, mail merges, people demographics Person specification Analytically minded with a methodical and logical approach to work Interested in the bigger picture, whilst able to produce information accurately and on time Team player with willingness to help others and go above and beyond their formal role Works well under pressure and is able to manage a broad workload and hit deadlines Ability to deal with large volumes of data with a high level of accuracy Proactive approach and willingness to learn new things Able to make complex things simple Able to manage a variety of stakeholders under tight deadlines Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve problems Strong sense and desire to deliver excellent customer service Advanced Excel & Power point skills (equations, pivot tables, v lookup, IF statements, charts, graphs etc) This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/75260385
