Lloyd Recruitment Services are assisting one of our longest standing clients in the search for a credible, highly organised Senior Learning Development Advisor to join their EMEA HR Team. This is very much a hands on role, and you will be responsible for the development, implementation and delivery of company-wide training programs within the EMEA region. You must have confidence operating in a fast paced, multi-project, high-deliverable environment. The successful candidate will have prior experience of administering and maintaining a learning management system along with identifying, qualifying and managing external providers within budgetary constraints. The ability to manipulate data and prepare management reports is also necessary. This is an urgent requirement, working on initially a fixed term contract and then covering a 12 month maternity contract from 1 st January 2018. Duties Analyse, define, develop, coordinate and deliver training programs that support organisational objectives aligned with the Talent Management plan Develop and implement contextually rich, highly interactive, engaging, and objective driven programmes Work directly with subject matter experts and internal customers to evaluate learning needs and create objective based training Working as part of the global L&D team, be the advocate for EMEA regional needs Working with the regional management teams to undertake learning needs analysis and establish the annual training plan Develop the business case for L&D initiatives Take responsibility for the programme of induction and orientation activities Working as part of the global learning and development team, take responsibility for regional roll out and the support of talent management initiatives Maintain communication with stakeholders throughout iterative review cycles, manage changes and expectations Utilize a variety of formats to design and deliver instructor led training and web-based programs Prepare content, quizzes, assessments and measurable evaluation criteria to demonstrate effectiveness of training Ensure all training content is accurate and up-to-date Developing the businesses case to support ROI for learning and development initiatives Contribute to the administration, quality control and design of learning management system content Stay current with trends and developments in the learning and development field and keep management advised with recommendations Assist with employee engagement administration and reporting Management of performance management process and design/implementation of competency frameworks. Responsible for ensuring the Workday (HRIS), education, learning and development records are maintained Travel up to 20% Desirable Qualifications Certified in delivering Ken Blanchard Situational Leadership II Certified to deliver other proprietary training courses Qualifications in coaching and mentoring or facilitating Personal Qualities Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to communicate cross culturally and at all levels of the business, managing stakeholder expectations Persuasive, with the ability to present business cases and management information effectively Build credible relationships with all stakeholders across the business If you have proven experience in a similar role, and are looking for a new, rewarding position, please send your CV.
