Cameo Consultancy is working with our innovative and successful client within the Educational sector who is looking for a driven, self-motivated and customer focussed field based Business Development Executive based within the London commuter belt. You will be responsible for both the repeat business but with a direct focus on generating new business for their marketing product within the London area. You will have a high degree of commercial awareness and be committed to all areas of their business and be passionate about following them on their journey. Company: who will I be working for? An amazing opportunity to join this friendly and supportive company on their rapidly growing journey where innovation is unrivalled Key Accountabilities for the Business Development Executive: - Identifying new sales leads and opportunities in the region to grow the existing business - Visiting pre-qualified and pre booked appointments - Presenting new products and designs to generate new business - Building and maintaining business relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers - Competitor and market research and analysis to keep abreast of industry trends - Arrange and attend meetings and industry events to generate leads and opportunities - Regular and consistent contact with clients to ensure repeat business - Negotiating and renegotiating by all methods to ensure the best outcome for client and company - Developing and presenting quotes and proposals Key competencies for the Business Development Executive: - High degree of commercial awareness - Natural sales person and personable - Able to work within a fast-paced environment - Entrepreneurial self-starter, energetic and motivated - Strong negotiating, planning and organisational skills - Experienced in closing sales deals - Flexible, adaptable and loyal team player - Ability to positively influence and build effective relationships Emotion: how will I feel working here?
