Digital Learning Consultant
My client is looking for a Hands on Digital Learning Consultant. I am looking to recruit a creative learning designer/ developer with good project coordination experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. The core tasks will mainly be practical design and development of a range of learning resources. The skills we look for are: ? Blended learning experience (formal and informal) - Creative individual with good (including digital) skills who can design and develop learning resources that are innovative, effective and engaging ? Good understanding of ftf, online/social learning design and development. The social aspects include online forums/communities of practice, social networks, social engagement etc. ? Online learning and performance support resources - Design and development of interactive pdfs, video, animations, scenarios, gamification, and simple tools like welldesigned fact sheets and checklists etc. Finally, the topics that the learning consultant will address are related to leadership and management, process safety, project and business transformation, and interpersonal skills like collaboration and communication etc. This is an exciting role in a team which is looking to lead the way when it comes to Learning Innovation. It's a great opportunity for a e-learning/digital design manager/consultant/senior developer who has experience designing and managing the development of micro learning, learning videos and engaging e-learning- we don't create ''click next to read more text'' elearning but instead embrace the future digital learning landscape in support of 70:20:10. This role will suit someone who is used to managing vendors to deliver solutions, but who also has experience with hands-on development using Articulate Storyline or similar tools. Being able to create lasting relationships with stakeholders and being able to influence people is vital to this role, you will also need to be extremely proactive and appetite for a challenge. You will be an innovative thinker who is comfortable working within certain boundaries (technology available to learners, culture of the organisation and highly technical content) you will be able to innovate within these boundaries without becoming frustrated. You will be comfortable adapting to the pace of a large organisation, development of a learning offer can take anything from 3 to 9 months and may involve several reviews by multiple stakeholders.
