Are you an experienced Business Systems/Applications Manager? Are you interested in a new challenge to take on an established team, working for a growing successful organisation with sites across the UK? You will be responsible for a suite of business applications serving the wider group, covering Finance, HR, Legal, IT, CRM & Document Management etc. There's a mix of SaaS, on-premise and Web Services. The department is responsible for managing maintenance, upgrades, configuration, and support. You will manage a team of five that includes Business Analysts, Application Support Analysts and a Systems Trainer. The future strategy for Business Applications and Systems is likely to include a major ERP implementation. You will play a key role in this future project, assisting with vendor selection, feasibility studies and have project management duties for the implementation. Key requirements/experience:- - Demonstrable background in Business Systems support, development and implementation ideally covering COTS products, CRMs and ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, etc.) - Proven people/team management background - Strong 3rd party/supplier relationship experience - Broad understanding of Systems Architecture and Development principles This is a high profile role with significant influence and strategic responsibility.
