My client is looking for a Project Coordinator with excellent PMO, Powerpoint & Recruitment Experience. The Projects Advisor is a member of the Projects, Process and Programmatic hiring team supporting my client's global Resourcing team to develop, define, implement and embed a joined up approach for resourcing projects and process management: Defines and develops project scope for small to medium, key technical projects and plays a key role supporting the Projects & Process Resourcing Manager in large scale, complex and high change projects Develops project scope, Terms of Reference (TOR), charter, goals and deliverables and risks and issues logs, comms draft, process maps and user guides in support of business goals Other projects and duties as assigned by the Resourcing Leadership Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Essential criteria: Vast experience supporting projects and process for both volume and niche hiring within companies that are matrixed, global, and fast-paced Experienced Resourcing and/or HRIS skills having partnered with Project Managers to work on multiple small, medium and larger scale resourcing projects Super user experience in various user acceptance testing Skilled communicator - takes the lead on updating projects process with the Operational delivery team, facilitates process embedding and CI activity. MS Office, Project and other project tracking methodologies Process management and mapping using MS Visio A key focus on continuous improvement activity You must have excellent PMO, Powerpoint & Recruitment Experience.
