Esift are recruiting for a highly experienced Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Operations) to join a large global enterprise. Our client is the first global pharmacy-led, health and wellbeing enterprise and is the largest retail pharmacy, health and daily living destination across the USA and Europe with a presence in more than 25 countries. Reporting into the Director, (International Talent Acquisition Platform) you will be responsible for the development and implementation of consistent and efficient talent acquisition processes and systems to support the sourcing, attraction, assessment and delivery of executive talent Job Role - Responsible for the development and implementation of all processes associated with the end of recruitment cycle including the on-boarding processes for executives. - Actively develops methodologies for assessing talent through the development of competencies, structure of interviews and tools such as candidate personality testing. - Leads in the thinking and development of Talent Acquisition systems as they relate to executive TA through working in close collaboration with the TA platform and Divisional TA teams to ensure timely management information is produced on executive and non-executive TA activity. - Focus at the development of TA processes, systems and data analytics to support the executive acquisition agenda - Close collaboration and connectivity of this role with the UK based TA Platform and the TA teams within Retail Pharmacy Divisions (USA and UK). - Understanding of the organisation, differing priorities and prevailing cultures supported by strong relationship building skills will be critical to success. Key Responsibilities: - To support the development and implementation of Global Talent Acquisition strategies for executive and non-executive acquisition across the in-scope populations and businesses. - Leads the development and implementation of Executive Acquisition. - Contributes to the development of the companies' employment brand and ensures consistency and appeal in the Global executive market. - Collaborates with colleagues and various departments including Global communications, marketing and external partners to accomplish employment branding objectives. - Monitors and evaluates metrics for employment brand campaigns. - Contributes to the employee value proposition (EVP) to attract, engage and retain key executive talent through end to end recruitment and on-boarding process. - Supports the development and execution of tactics (processes and systems) that will develop and promote growth on our social media and drives increased potential talent to opportunities. - Plans, establishes and oversees the Global Talent Acquisition social media presences as it pertains to the employee brand social media plan including Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Glassdoor and blogging website - Develops SOPs, management information reporting systems, processes as well as internal communication portals for Global Talent Acquisition; - Act as a channel between Global Executive Acquisition, TA Platform and the Divisions to drive best practice sharing, connectivity and collaboration Essential Requirements - Ability to Influence and impact- partnering internally and externally across a myriad of cultures; - Strong TA skills - interviewing, assessment, partner management; - Excellent TA communication - social media and employment branding - Experience of data systems and processes - adept at using spreadsheets, power point and other media to support MI (management information) Intermediate to advanced excel skills - Excellent communication skills - written and verbal
