Role: Development Project Manager - Digital Solutions Salary: Up to £65K comprehensive benefits Location: Woking A leading provider of IT Solutions requires multiple Project Managers, working within the Digital sector you will manage one or more agile projects via a multi-disciplinary, highly skilled team. The role will take responsibility for the full project delivery including finances, breaking down barriers for your team, planning at a higher level and getting into the detail to make things happen when needed. The role is heavily client focused and will involve engaging with a wide variety of government and private sector clients and stakeholders Role Responsibilities: Deliver projects using the appropriate agile project management methodology whilst learning & iterating frequently Work with a Product Owner to define the roadmap for any given product and translate this into user stories Lead collaborative and dynamic agile planning processes and the prioritisation of the work that needs to be done against the capacity and capability of the team Control all project finances to ensure the delivery of profitable projects Demonstrate a 'can do' attitude Ensure that the team delivers an appropriate solution built to an appropriate level of quality Build productive client relationships and identify and develop opportunities for new business Maintain project artefacts (e.g. backlogs and burndowns) to ensure effective running of delivery projects Actively participate in the Delivery Manager community, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge in addition to bringing in best practice Required Skills: Demonstrate a track record of success when delivering digital projects for public and/or private sector clients, (minimum 5 years PM experience where fully accountable for project delivery) Proven experience using Scrum as the agile project management method An understanding/experience of 'DevOps' culture or Kanban is required Proven experience balancing multiple priorities and dealing with ambiguity Exhibit strong organisational and communication skills Collaborative approach to working Good at prioritising time-critical work Express an understanding of the wider digital landscape Keen eye for the detail and enjoy managing project finances Experience of working in a services orientated business This job was originally posted as
