Software Support Analyst - Key Requirements: - A technical or numerate degree - either Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, etc. - Strong communication skills. - Knowledge of SQL and relational databases ( Oracle, SQL Server etc.), the UNIX operating system, networking and codingin languages such as Python, C++ or Java. - Knowledge or interest in the financial markets is not essential, but also beneficial for the role. -This role will require an element of out of hours and weekend work. The support department is formed of a number of specialist teams. Upon joining you will be given extensive product training before you become a memberof the friendly and supportive project team.
