The Learning Analyst is responsible for the designing and delivering of world-class learning and performance solutions. The Learning Analyst will be responsible for consulting with SMEs on the the below: ? How do you know if a learning offer is going to solve your problem? ? Who challenges the idea that training has to be run face to face? This is a unique role in a team driven to deliver the right learning at the right time to the right people. Learning Analysts play an important part in developing learning content by helping the business identify whether learning is the right solution. If it is, they will work with subject technical specialists (SMEs) to develop the learning objectives and develop the performance outcomes which will be used to measure the effectiveness of learning. This is a great opportunity for someone with a learning and development background, who is a skilled communicator to make a difference in safety and operational risk. Being able to create lasting relationships with stakeholders and being able to influence people is vital in this role, for example you will work with stakeholders to define what good looks like and will detail how to get there. You will play an important role in maintaining continuity and providing quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Ideally we want someone fluent in learning analysis, able to support other team members and motivated to drive projects forward. You will be adaptable to the pace of a large organisation, while maintaining project pace. You will need to be extremely proactive and keen for a challenge. Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role ? Deep analysis of subject areas to determine whether a learning solution is needed ? Creating performance outcomes, defining what you want the learner to do ? Creating learning objectives, identifying best practice ? Working with stakeholders to map learning objectives, topics and source content ? Run business wide learning needs analysis and manage audience engagement ? Understanding business requirements and building strong working relationships with project stakeholders at various levels in different functions of the business ? Working on multiple project work-streams, managing project groups, documentation and quality assurance ? Lead the implementation of processes and procedures that drive a culture of quality and continuous improvement. Key Results/ Accountabilities You will have typically 5 years in learning design/corporate learning teams Experience in designing and developing learning programmes relating to operational leadership, safety leadership or leadership in a high hazard industry is a must. Creative learning analyst with good project coordination experience and excellent stakeholder management skills. Finally, the topics that the Learning Analyst will address are related to leadership and management, process safety, project and business transformation, and interpersonal skills like collaboration and communication etc.
