Role: Selling a range of Physiotherapy pain relief and rehabilitation products Key Responsibilities: Building a customer base in the UK Physiotherapy community Working with our UK Sales Manager to call on Sports clubs and Physiotherapy practitioners to demonstrate and sell a range of TensCare electrotherapy and taping products. Providing customer feedback and insight into the Physiotherapy market place Being an active member of our UK AND International Sales Team Job Description: TensCare are looking for an enthusiastic sales representative to join their team. You will be interested in Physiotherapy (maybe even qualified or part qualified or have a sports related qualification). You must be able to demonstrate that you can readily build rapport and relationships. You will be tasked with selling a range of Physiotherapy strapping tapes, kinesiology tapes and active sports layering tapes and a wide range of electrotherapy pain relief and muscle rehabilitation units. Full product training will be provided. You will be expected on the whole to work independently researching the market and related products; presenting the TensCare products favourably and in a structured professional way both face-to-face and via email correspondence. You will be supported by head office sales support staff who will help identify target customers and who we anticipate will be both physiotherapy practitioners in hospital or private practice and also Sports club physios (rugby, cricket, football, athletics clubs to name a few). You will need to be mobile, maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. You should be able to drive and have your own car (a £200 a month car allowance plus £0.45 per business mile allowance will be provided). Being able to cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business and responding to incoming email and phone enquiries will be a part of the role. You will be given a lot of autonomy in negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales as well as acting as the main contact between our company and its existing and potential customers. You will be invited to in house new product development meetings where you can provide customer feedback and market place insight as to what our customers want. This is a new sales position in TensCare and will be a genuinely dynamic sales role. You will be representing TensCare at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations and be capable of negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers. You will need to be resilient challenging any objections with a view to getting the customer to buy and advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. We would expect you to be computer savvy creating detailed proposal documents and contact sales reports. You will be part of an International sales team and be given support on checking progress of existing orders, stock availability and reviewing your own sales performance. You will need to be capable of making accurate cost calculations and provide customers with quotations. TensCare is an employee owned business you will be entitled to a share of end of year distributed profits after 6 months of service has been completed. Profits are distributed on a pro rata basis of your salary as a percentage of the total salary bill for TensCare Ltd. It is our intention to distribute at least 30% of total company profits each year to shareholders and the employee owned trust of which you automatically become a beneficiary of after completion of 6 months work with TensCare Ltd. There will also be a share save option scheme introduced in 2018 and you will be entitled to join this.
