You will be working for an incredibly friendly and supportive team of 6 who provide HR support to 4500 employees across 350 locations. As a Benefits Officer you will be responsible for assisting with the operational benefits and administration provision across our clients business. You will proactively drive consistency of service with a right first time approach, ensuring timely response rates and associated action to all employee and stakeholder queries and requests. Main Responsibilities within your role would be to: Proactively assist the Benefits Team lead with managing and maintaining our clients benefits portal Assist with timely employee query resolution regarding benefits Assist with the monthly Auto Enrolment process across our clients business Assist with and facilitate employee benefit requests and associated process Ensure liaison with the HR Reward and HR team in order to drive comprehensive and timely query resolution and support Actively support the Benefits Team Lead in the production of quality management information on a weekly, monthly and ad hoc basis Work alongside the outsourced benefit provider to ensure best practice in all related activity, with a focus on continuous improvement, Required skills for this role: Good knowledge and understanding of HR and Payroll benefit related practice, procedure and regulation Reward, benefits admin and payroll background experience Experience of working with a high degree of organisation, efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail Effective communication skill underpinned by a strong customer focus Ability to build and maintain effective relationships at all levels, both internally and externally Proven ability to work effectively as both a self starter and as part of a multi-skilled team Apply a high degree of integrity and appropriate level of confidentiality at all times MS Word, Powerpoint, Excel and Outlook experience Working Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm, flexi-time is also available.
