We are now looking for an Incident Manager to join our team. As the Incident Manager, you’ll oversee Premium Credit’s incident management process and ensure that system and service downtime is minimised. Joining a collaborative team, you will monitor systems and alerts, assess situations, make interventions and direct and facilitate resolutions. You’ll ensure that any issues are escalated to the appropriate members of the Service Delivery, Resolution and Service Management Teams. Additionally, you will: - Manage the rapid response to major incidents and problems - Minimise the adverse impact on business operations - Investigate any issues in-line with SLAs - Analyse system failures and identify ways to reduce future incidents - Manage vendors - Support wider IT operations as required - Support the maintenance of PCL’s Business Continuity certification Interested?
