THE ROLE To provide technical support and guidance to online marketers worldwide for our client's globally recognised website operations. Provide direct IT support to on-line manager, marketing and web production teams (response and handling of service requests and system troubleshooting) based on their new global platform (Adobe AEM) Guide and release HQ system standard procedure to local IT teams Microsite security audit coordination among local, hosting and HQ security team EXPERIENCE Various experiences of enterprise web site development project or operation Experience in developing and managing websites including analytic tools SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES Essential: 2-3 years' experience in Website operation/development area Languages & Scripts : HTML, Javascript, CSS, .NET, PL/SQL (junior or higher level) Good client facing and communication skills to all levels of management Ability to analyse business requirements from all key liaisons Self-starter, able to work under own initiative Desirable: WebCMS experience is preferred. e.g. HP Teamsite, Adobe AEM Knowledge in web security (XSS, Plain text transmission, etc) Database experience is preferred THE REWARD This position is paying an annual salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum plus benefits including: 25 days annual leave Up to 15% performance related bonus Pension Health & Medical insurance Life assurance £35 per-month flexible benefits allowance including gym membership, travel insurance, dental insurance etc. For more information please call Liam Grady on 01489 898 864.
