This company has been going from strength to strength since noticing a gap in the market that ensures consumers get the most accurate insurance quote possible for their possessions.

They are looking for a Lead UX Designer to scope and plan for all the current products and exciting Greenfield products coming up soon. Other tasks include mapping out user stories, setting the strategy and working with content specialists. The Lead UX Designer will have a mid-weight designer for whom you will be the direct report from the start and this team will grow rapidly.

It is essential that the UX Designer will have previous experience working on web and mobile projects, iOS and Android, and will have worked in an agile environment. As this company continues to grow it is also expected that previous people management skills are present to help with the current team and future expansion.

This role is excellent as it provides the chance to work in an up and coming industry taking over the UK. It also provides the opportunity for personal growth as in 18 months the UX Designer will be expected to make new hires to their team.
