Salary: GBP14,915 - GBP16,108 p.a. inc. London weighting, pro rata. (GBP23,185 to GBP25,039 p.a. inc. London weighting, full time equivalent)

Are you ready for a challenge?

Do you have experience of working with young ASD adults (16 - 25 years) with complex and challenging needs in an education setting?

The Aurora Centre at the Merton Campus of South Thames College is a purposely designed, high specification, state of the art centre which provides education and training opportunities for students with autism and complex needs.

You will be enthusiastic, confident, reliable and you will have experience of supporting lecturers in the delivery of teaching sessions to young ASD adults. In the absence of the lecturer you will be able to plan and deliver teaching sessions and support learners to achieve learning goals and life skills. You will have excellent communication skills and be able to provide pastoral and social care to learners including personal care needs and managing challenging behaviours.
