Evening Room Attendants / Cleaners
To assist in our Housekeeping Department on a casual basis - as and when required.
3 to 4 hour shifts between 6pm and 10pm

Overview:
To assist the Housekeeping Department. The Evening Room Attendant positions are "live out". The role of the Evening Room Attendant/Cleaner is to assist the department where necessary and to carry out a "turndown" service to specified standards. This will include:

Tidying bedroomsFolding guests clothesEmptying waste binsWashing any crockery/glassware that has been usedReplenishing hospitality tray and water bottlesRemoving bedspread, folding neatly and storing out of the wayTurning back duvetPlumping pillowsJuice and cookies for childrenLay out nightwearClosing curtainsTurning on lampsTidying bathroomCleaning bathroomReplenishing toiletries

This is a position for a person with a sense for cleanliness and tidiness, who is self motivated, well organized and shows attention to detail. Standards are extremely high in order to ensure that cleanliness is at the level expected of a luxury prestigious 4 star hotel.

Experience:
Relevant experience gained in a hotel is an advantage, but not a necessity as full on the job training will be provided. A good command of the English language with the ability to work in an organised and conscientious manner is essential. You will be a good team player with attention to detail and a commitment to high standards.
