Administration Assistant/Finance - 12 +months contract - GBP9ph
Working for a global organisation you will assist with opening the daily post, sorting, bar-coding and scanning invoices and other documents so that they can be processed by the accounts payable team. Once scanned invoices need to be stored in a temporary archive and periodically sent to central archives.
You will have previous experience of working with a Administration position, Excellent PC skills any experience of working within finance department would be highly advantageous.
