Unit Manager Location: Horley, Surrey Salary: £37,440pa (Equivalent to £18.00.ph) Hours: 42 Full time Time Recruitment is proud to work with one of largest most highly regarded healthcare providers in the UK. They are currently looking for a Unit Manager (RGN) to join the team in one of their luxury care homes in Horley, Surrey. We are looking for a motivated Unit Nurse Manager, who is efficient, organised with excellent communication skills and who is not phased by a challenge. You will come from a care home background with experience of working with elderly and dementia, with a minimum of a years' experience in a staff nurse/senior role or a nurse management position. You will have experience of managing staffing levels and overseeing nurses.
