HR Projects Officer (6 Months Temp) - Camberley - £15.00-£17.00PH I am currently recruiting for a large corporate organsiation based in Camberely surrey for a HR Projects Officer on a 6 months Temp basis. Job Summary: The role supports regional delivery of the Global People Strategy through resourcing, reward and colleague engagement projects. It also provides HR process support for a small UK based population. The Regional HR function is a central professional team supporting some 3,000 colleagues in most of Europe; achieved though partnership with local country HR teams. The regional HR function thus has a broad remit with fairly high commercial impact. This HR Projects role supports the Regional Team in delivery of agreed programmes and key process management. As such, it requires a high degree of relationship management, communication and project co-ordination across HR teams, together with a high standard of internal service delivery. This role is therefore quite varied and flexibility is fundamental to success. Main Responsibilities of the role: Project mgt for agreed HR programmes in the areas of Talent, Resourcing, MI, Reward & CSR Direct & indirect training for country / regional projects (e.g. ASPIRE, YVC, Better Futures) Mgt Information & data analysis across Europe to support commercial decision making Engagement with country based colleagues to ensure training / compliance requirements Delivery of core UK HR processes (e.g. HRIS, new starter inductions, pay review, case files) Input to policy and process changes to ensure alignment with UK & Europe HR teams Qualifications & Professional Skills Graduate / Masters level education Multi-lingual fluency in mainland European languages (French, German, Spanish, Dutch or Italian) Excellent English language fluency HR project & process management experience Relevant professional membership / qualification (e.g. MCIPD, etc) Aptitudes and competences High degree of self-organization, prioritization and reliability in delivery Excellent co-operation and teamwork with tact in supporting international colleagues High level of analytical capability combined with good communication skills Flexible and pragmatic in terms of working in a small multi-functional team Experience of HR service delivery within a fast paced business Broader business experience / exposure outside of HR Parkside Recruitment Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
