Well known Insurance business seeking Customer Communications Specialist to join their busy Marketing team in Reigate. To deliver all customer communications plans for all brands and all products. Client Details My client is a well known Insurance provider specialising in Motor and Home Insurance policies. With over 2 million customers nationwide they pride themselves on their customer service and ability to provide competitive products. Description The Customer Communications Specialist will be responsible for: Delivering the Customer Communications Plan within agreed budget and timescales Supporting the Customer Communications Manager Briefing print and documentation mailing suppliers on agreed copy and content improvements Managing the print and fulfilment process including stock control and auditing Managing the budget associated with customer documentation including the raising and receipting of PO's and invoicing Ensuring all customer communications provide information in a clear and jargon-free way Taking responsibility for following the agreed media approval process for all marketing materials, and ensure all items are also compliant with FCA regulation Profile The successful candidate will: Have previous customer communications experience working across a range of channels is essential Be passionate about the customer, consistently striving to deliver excellent customer experience through all contacts Have excellent organisational and planning skills Have proven stakeholder management, good communication and interpersonal skills Have a positive and enthusiastic approach, demonstrating an ability to work autonomously as well as a willing participant within a team Be a self-motivator with the ability to think laterally and apply creative solutions to problems where necessary Job Offer Up to £40,000 benefits This job was originally posted as
