An initial 6 month contract with a view to extend working for this Global leading Consumer Electronic brand. You will be reporting to the Head of Stores Experience and working across the commercial and brand delivery of Mobile products and will be responsible for building strong partner relationships, building the brand, introducing and selling new innovative products, and driving shopper marketing and category management and provide insight with the customer. You will have experience of Customer relationship: Retail NPS, P&L, Account Sales, IVM, cost to serve, over-dues and promotional effectiveness ROI. The role requires you to be responsible for the Commercial management of partners & customers which includes management of the account planning process and ensures all plans are in line with the sales and distribution strategy in order to maximise growth and AOP. You will execute the commercial strategy to maximise growth opportunities for the business, including the identification of new business in our Stores and Support Centres. · Understand the Partners business plans and aligns to the business model and value chain and carry out weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews with the partner and the Head of Division. Manage the customer account planning process by analysing the customer’s portfolio and advising and agreeing on product solutions that maximise profitable growth and ensure long term relationships with the customer.
