A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for a Reward Analyst to join their growing team. This role will provide input into the EMEA Reward strategy and plans by taking responsibility for the design, development and delivery of reward policies and processes. You will also support the effective delivery of reward cycles, and other reward projects as well as contributing to the EMEA reward communications strategy. We are looking for individuals with in depth international reward management experience with strong customer focus and a track-record of leading planning processes. You will have excellent analytical skills and be trained and experienced in Hay Job Evaluation methodology as well as possessing well-developed technical reward experience in all reward areas including base pay, variable pay and benefits.
