The Role As the central point of contact for the Project Management Office (PMO), this role will be critical to ensuring effectiveness of the PMO by providing strong administrative support to the team. This role is part of a small team responsible for ensuring that project installation and handover to support are conducted appropriately. The Project Administrator will work closely with the PMO and many cross functional teams to help ensure seamless implementation of existing and new projects and changes. The successful candidate will provide full administrative support to the Head of Projects and Project Team to ensure the smooth running and maintenance of the project office Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities · Administrative duties such as printing of A2 drawings, completing project packs, expenses, scanning etc. · Data entry onto in-house software platforms (NetSuite/Excel) · Reviewing project activities for compliance with procedures, standards, and archiving data regularly. · Work closely with the Project team offering back office support · Tracking and Uploading of documentation to the companies Cloud application · Supporting the project team with administrative duties · Produces consolidated reporting for the Project Manager, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred. · Establishes standards, tools and procedures for use on the project, including Issue, Risk, Change and Information Management. · Assists with the production of user documentation. · Reviews project activities for compliance with procedures and standards. · Stays current with the Project Office and Company policies and goals and works to make sure that all members of the project team adhere to set standards. · Stays familiar with companies' policies and goals and works to make sure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards Experience · Have strong proven administration skills. · Be proficient in their use of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, Outlook (desirable to have MSP but not essential) · Previously worked as a Project Administrator/Construction Administrator (an advantage) · Excellent written and communication skills · Well-organised, diligent, proactive, assertive, well-disciplined and commercially astute · A team player with a 'can-do' attitude, outgoing, polite, patient, diplomatic, personable, · respectful and flexible. · Ability to work under pressure in a fast moving environment. · Highly organised demonstrating an eye for detail. · Knowledge of P2W · Ideally have a background in AV Key Competencies We see that the person in this important role is a social person with excellent communication skills.
