Due to the current business state of the business, this diversified and fast growing water treatment/water hygiene company with a large presence is actively seeking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and self-driven Water Treatment Accounts/Sales Manager in the South East/South Coast region and will include applications London, Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire and the surrounding areas. Ideally, they are looking for a professional who must come from strong sales, chemical, analytical, consultancy, accounts, technical, and planning and management background. Must have good formal education, having a scientific degree would be ideal. Must have hands on Water Treatment Engineering and Legionella Risk Assessing. Must have good organizational, presentation, people management, and leadership and client facing skills. Must be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package. Must have significant experience working within this role and within the water treatment/water hygiene sectors. Must be fully conversant with the water treatment industry/water hygiene/legionella industry. Key Role: Cross selling the company's water treatment/water hygiene consultancy services - achieving sustainable growth strategically. Managing the company's existing accounts whilst still promoting their business. Managing the sales and accounts team. Planning and reviewing and taking appropriate action as and when required. Getting involved with Key Performance Indicators. Profit and loss. Meeting sales targets and goals. Building and maintaining a rapport with the company's mixed portfolio of clients. Providing training. Carrying out chemical analysis on cooling towers, boilers, etc., and legionella risk assessments as and when required. Attributes: In general, the post-holder will be commercially focused, smart and have the acumen to take the business to the next level. Must be flexible with regards travelling.
