My client, a multinational Energy & Services company based in Surrey are currently seeking a proactive and switched on Technical Resourcing Specialist to join their high preforming team to be responsible for attracting and delivering high quality candidates. Key responsibilities; Liaise with Line Managers to establish technical requirements and ensure candidates recruited will make a sustained difference to our business Plan and lead advertising Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter licenses to support direct hire model and proactively source suitable candidates Maintain regular communication with the candidates, responding to candidate queries at any stage of the recruitment cycle Ensure all resourcing activity is compliant and in line with relevant country specific legislation Uphold the group recruitment and assessment standards for all hiring activity, designing & delivering effective assessment strategies Agree and deliver appropriate recruitment strategy with Line Manager Attend interviews/assessment centers Some travel may be required between offices Based in their Surrey offices, they are looking for someone with solid experience of IT / IS recruitment, gained via time in both Recruitment Agency or a Corporate In-House environment. The ideal candidate will be able to engage and relationships with both hiring managers and candidates, have first class commination skills and possess a resilient and tenacious attitude.
