We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our dynamic team based in Brighton.
Within the role, you will provide planning and administrative support to the electrical team, assisting in the efficient and effective operation of the branch.
Candidates for this position will efficiently plan and programme jobs alongside planning work for both operative and sub-contractors, issuing works to Operative PDA's. Keeping accurate records and paper work, you will ensure there is always an organised work flow whilst keeping precise and up to date information relating to each stage of the programme of work. Processing outstanding KPIs accordingly, you will assist with the development and implement completed jobs with KPI reporting. The successful Administrator will comply with the Company invoicing process of all jobs completed alongside liaising day to day with Operatives and sub-contractors.
A competent user of IT, you will have previous experience of working within a confidential environment and working to tight deadlines. With experience of planning operative's workloads, you will ideally have experience with in Building Maintenance with Commercial sensibility. Ideally, we are looking for a candidate who holds knowledge of construction service sectors with a strong customer focus. An effective communicator the successful Administrator will be organised with the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Moreover, we are looking for an individual who has the ability to inspire others and the drive to succeed.
