Sales Executive / Area Sales / Account Manager / Business Development / Telesales Executive / OTE £25k

Sales Executive / Account Manager with at least 3 years' telesales experience is needed for our client, a Brighton based company specialising in the design and manufacture of unique fire safety products. They are recruiting a Sales Executive / Account Manager for their busy Sales team who will use their telesales skills to generate new business as well as looking after existing customers and working towards achieving individual and team targets.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers from their database promoting their range of products and services
  • Creating new business for their range of products and services
  • Ensuring the whole range of products are promoted at every opportunity
  • Working on suitable sales strategies with the team
  • Exploring and presenting new sales opportunities through all mediums
  • Ensuring opportunities are not lost due to lack of information, support or resources
  • Ensuring accuracy and relevancy of customer databases
  • Achieving KPIs and targets as set by the Business Development Executive and UK Sales Manager
  • Maximising profits against targets
  • Working with and supporting marketing strategies
  • Meeting customers face to face occasionally
  • Attending their work events, e.g. Cricket & Exhibitions as required

Skills / Experience:

  • 3 years' + telesales experience (essential)
