This leading Commercial Property company are looking for an HR Administrator / Advisor to support their Human Resources team in Central London.

The role
Duties include but are not limited to:
•    Assisting with general HR and payroll related tasks
•    Supporting the recruitment process 
•    Providing guidance, advice, and support to employee related issues
•    Regularly update the companies HR policies and procedures
•    Maintain department records and reports
•    Update and add to the Employee Handbook 
•    Implement staff benefits 

Person specification
The ideal candidate must be/have:
•    A good understanding of HR practices
•    Excellent communication and customer services skills
•    A strong background in administration
•    Strong relationship building ability

This role will be ideal for a candidate who has previously worked within an SME and is looking to develop within a new and exciting organization.
