My client, is an international creative marketing consultancy, made for modern healthcare marketing. They are looking for a Senior Strategic Planner with previous Pharma experience to be based in Central London.
Combining the commercial focus of a consultancy with the creative vision of an agency, they work across the entire marketing landscape - globally and regionally, strategically and tactically, at a brand, portfolio and organisational level.

We are looking for an experienced Strategic Planner who can:
Guide the strategic planning for a GBP1+ million account, primarily focused on marketing activity but with oversight of cross-functional activity, playing a key customer-facing role within the team.
Develop multi-channel plans which integrate across customer touch points from sales reps to events, to online third party partnerships, etc.
Develop detailed briefs alongside the account management team and play a central role in briefing creative and production teams.
Collaborate with the account and creative teams on creative and campaign development ensuring this delivers against brand objectives and core messaging.
Lead the development of new messaging working alongside a medical writer and senior copy writer/creative director, ensuring alignment with evolving brand priorities.
Stay continually abreast of new developments within the disease state and wider environment, ensuring the account team is kept up-to-date and implications for messaging and materials filters through to brand activity.
Act as a review point for key materials in development.

Experience/qualifications and skills:
Previous experience at senior level in a strategic role/planning role specifically multi-channel planning
Prior pharma experience
EMEA and/or global experience
A scientific background desired, ideally in immunology
Good scientific knowledge and experience of interpreting clinical data
Experience of working with digital and non-digital assets
Must be focused on delivering the highest quality to tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills
