Operations - Technical Lead - ASOS Studios| London | ASOS Careers

As our Operations Technical Lead you will play a key role in driving the Operations Team forward by championing efficient process and accurate reporting. You will be responsible for the departments reporting and working with the team to streamline workflows to support the ASOS Studios team prep, style and shoot all of the product ready for it to go live on the website for the customer to shop.

What you'll be doing...

  • Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of reporting and process maintenance within ASOS Studios
  • You will work the Operational Managers within ASOS Studios building a strong relationship and understanding to drive the Operations team forward. Championing efficient process and accurate reporting.
  • Responsible for all reporting within ASOS Studios including all team KPIs reports. Develop a strong working relationship with key stakeholders within each internal ASOS Studio team to deliver intuitive reports and at a time required.
  • Build an unrivaled knowledge of the end to end process and all KPIs with ASOS Studios.
  • Document all ASOS Studio processes. Maintain an up to date central library of process documentation that is accessibly and usable by all of ASOS Studios as required.
  • Continually review ASOS Studio processes and ways of working and how they interacted with the wider business. Documenting, making suggestions as appropriate.
  • Compile ad hoc reports, documentation and instigate projects at the request of the Senior Operations Manager
  • Assist in the maintenance of the ASOS Studio budget

We'd love to meet someone with...
  • Previous proven experience in compiling process or technical documentation
  • A knowledge of KPI reporting, data interrogation and presentation
  • Experience with processes and systems that streamline workflow and maximise output
  • Technical familiarity with systems and software
  • Experience in delivering to deadlines
  • Outstanding organisation, time management and prioitisation skills.
  • Outstanding written communication skills, with proven ability to communicate clearly, effectively and appropriately with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent numeracy skills, proficient in Microsoft Excel with a passion for data.
  • Demonstrable documentation and report creation ablity
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Someone who is able to remain calm and professional in pressured situations while maintaining a positive and proactive attitude.
  • You will be a team player who is eager to learn and develop and can grasp new information quickly.
