This established and growing Managed Services & Technical Consulting company located in Wapping, London is looking to recruit an IT Customer Relationship Manager / Internal Sales Executive.

- Own overall relationship with assigned clients, which include: Increasing adoption, ensuring retention, and satisfaction
- Establish a trusted/strategic advisor relationship at all levels, with each assigned client and drive continued value of their products and services
- Develop, delight, and nurture customers for advocacy
- Work with clients to establish critical goals, or other key performance indicators and aid the customer in achieving their goals
- Proactively monitor usage trends, to measure customer health
- Work to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities and eliminate churn
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams, to aid new business opportunities
- Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally
- Gather meaningful product feedback from client base and identify industry trends to help push our solutions forward
- Become a solution expert on the company's complete portfolio
- Conduct presentations and/or training sessions to multiple levels of client's organisation, including Senior Leadership

Candidates must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Be self-motivated, have the ability to handle multiple assignments & have a proven track record in customer service

Candidates must possess:
- Prior knowledge of IT services
- Excellent written communication
- Clear verbal communication
- Experience in developing relationships with long term goals
- Ability to identify business opportunities
- Understanding of IT services and how to fit technologies to business outcomes
- A professional attitude
- Excellent time & diary management
- The ability to understand budgets and requirements
- Commercial awareness
