We are a fresh food kitchen focusing on the best and most exciting seasonal ingredients.

We like: Whole animal butchery, Smoking, Preserving, Short Daily Changing Menus, Fresh Baked Breads, Homemade Ice Creams, Open Fires, Root to Tip Vegetable Butchery, Game, Local Artisan Producers, Forgotten (or neglected!) Techniques, Eating, Tasting, Testing, Perfecting, Working Clean(!!), Working as a Team, People Who Are Nice!

We need a Sous Chef able to add a positive little something everyday. You must be fully hands on, very clean, excited to learn & keen to raise standards. This position will develop into a Head Chef role for the right person.

We offer a 4 day working week of around 40-45 Hours (because we think that's nicer), 5.6 weeks holiday, ??20-25k per year, staff meals whilst on duty and a 25% discount when you are not. We understand the need for flexibility and will always try our best for the right person...

You will need your own transport.
