A SaaS and ERP solutions provider to the hospitality sector are looking for a Product Owner to join their Product Team and take on the Mobile Workforce Management platform. Due to the success of the company they are going through massive growth and need to expand their product team to manage their demand. The Product Team sits within the Technology and Engineering division of the business, which currently adds up to approximately 250 individuals.

As a Product Owner, you will work with a variety of people including: Business Stakeholders, Customers, Business Analysts, UX Analysts, Architects and Developers. You will also work closely with the Product Manager throughout each project and with the Scrum Team during each sprint. This communication will help you define the issue, understand the changes needed and decompose requirements and features into smaller, manageable user stories. You will be responsible for prioritising these user stories and translating the vision to the Development Team.

To be successful with your application to this Product Owner role you must have previous experience within a similar position that exposed you to End-to-End product development, an Agile environment and the development of a Mobile Application. You need to be a confident individual, with character, who isn't afraid to share their opinion and take criticism and questioning from other members of the team and Senior Management.
