We currently have an opportunity for an Analyst to join the Client Value team. This role would suit an individual with a background in analytics and interest in Finance and commercial matters.

Responsibilities
Operating as a key member of the Client Value team including, but not limited to:
  • Managing complex data manipulation and analysis
  • Creating innovative pricing models
  • Designing reporting processes and dashboards
  • Developing matter efficiency improvement plans
  • Working on Firmwide change management projects
  • Working with Partners and other senior members of the Firm to provide guidance on key financial metrics
  • May be potential for some degree of client interaction


Key Skills and Attributes
  • Minimum one years experience
  • Excellent numeracy skills
  • Excellent IT skills with a particular focus on Excel (will be required to participate in aptitude test)
  • Excellent level of attention to detail
  • Strong level of oral and written communication skills
  • Strong focus on service delivery
  • Degree level education
  • Ability to present and deliver information in a concise format
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and be responsive to changing priorities
  • Highly motivated with ability to work independently - using initiative
  • Law firm background is preferable
  • 3E system knowledge is desirable
